Tosyl Chloride (TsCl (p-CH₃C₆H₄SO₂Cl)) - leaving groups reagent. Converts OH to good leaving group (OTs). Common uses: Alcohol → Tosylate (ROH → ROTs), Tosylate undergoes SN2 with inversion. OTs is excellent leaving group, similar to Br⁻. Use pyridine as base.
