What stays free?

Every reference table (pKa, IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, protecting groups), all reaction, reagent, and functional-group browse and detail pages - including every mechanism step and every SMILES string - plus search, the library, the study guides and your saved records are free forever, with no account. On top of that the free tier is a working sample of each study tool: a fresh daily quiz round of 10 questions, the first quarter of every flashcard deck with mastery tracking, the drawn mechanism walkthrough on the core reactions, and the matching slice of the structure drawer. Every row on a printable sheet is one of those free rows, and a sample of each sheet renders for everyone.

What exactly do the printable sheets add?

The format, not the facts. Premium turns each sheet into a complete page-broken document: column headers repeating at the top of every printed page, breaks falling between sections rather than mid-table, high-contrast black-on-white output, and a print button that saves it as a PDF. The chemistry on those sheets is free to read on its own reference page whether or not you subscribe.

How is my access stored?

Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Octet recognises your Premium access on this device. Keep your receipt email for recovery.

Can I cancel?
